Trong trường hợp quá thời hạn quy đ

Trong trường hợp quá thời hạn quy định trên mà Bên A không nhận đủ các hồ sơ cần thiết theo yêu cầu, cũng như không nhận được bất cứ phản hồi nào từ Bên B với thời gian không quá 05 (năm) ngày kể từ ngày hết thời hạn trên, thì xem như Bên B từ bỏ nhu cầu thuê VP-NX của mình
