For the holiday on 2016, please be noted that we will follow the Law in Vietnam, and calculate O.T as the law mentions.
I would like to address the following policy.

1. 31st of Dec
Normal Working day
2. 1st of Jan
We calculate as Holiday.
3. 2nd of Jan
Normal working day
4. 3rd of Jan
Calculated as Sunday.


For the people under probation period, you can work or you can have annual leave but salary will be deducted accordingly.
For the people under labor contract, you can use annual leave or you can use the compensation leave.

P.S

From next month, I intend to allow to use the bus to go HCM city on biweekly basis on Saturday Afternoon and Sunday.
As long as it does not exceed the 2000km, it is ok.
For overtime, company will pay as long as it is not too late.
Please arrange nicely among yourselves upon necessity.
