+ Do người sử dụng phần mềm chưa chuẩn xác: trong quá trình điều khiển chương trình người sử dụng có thể thao tác sai ở một số nơi như cách đặt vị trí miệng phun vào sản phẩm không chính xác hay cách đặt hệ thống làm mát chưa đúng …
+ Do các thông số ép trong thực tế và trong phần mềm không giống nhau.
+ Vật liệu và tính chất của vật liệu trong phần mềm không giống với thực tế (do khác nhà sản xuất, khác thương hiệu, thành phần hóa học khác nhau),...
