Trong trường hợp bên B không thực h

Trong trường hợp bên B không thực hiện trách nhiệm của mình hoặc thực hiện không đúng theo thỏa thuận của hợp đồng này thì bên A có quyền đơn phương hủy bỏ thực hiện hợp đồng và yêu cầu bên B bồi thường thiệt hại.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
