(iii), Thí điểm mô hình NTTS thân thiện môi trường
Năm 2 dự án đã hỗ trợ nguyên liệu gỗ cho mô hình NTTS, công việc đóng nhà bè đang được tiến hành. Để hoàn tất được nhà bè này MCD tiếp tục hỗ trợ bổ sung thêm một số nguyên liệu phụ trợ bao gồm: gỗ lát sàn, gỗ ốp tường, mái tấm lợp sinh thái.
Dự kiến tháng 9/2016 sẽ đóng xong nhà bè NTTS, MCD sẽ tổ chức bàn giao trực tiếp cho 07 hộ dân đã được lựa chọn tham gia mô hình có sự phối hợp bàn giao của UBND TP Hạ Long và sở NN&PTNT.
Cùng với việc triển khai đóng nhà bè NTTS, MCD sẽ tiến hành khảo sát và triển khai hỗ trợ làm các phao neo, biển báo, biển hướng dẫn…để hoàn thiện mô hình.
Với tiêu chí NTTS thân thiện môi trường, sau khi người dân thả cá vào nhà bè để nuôi, dự án sẽ hỗ trợ thức ăn công nghiệp cho 2 tháng đầu tiên để thuần hóa cá trên 7 bè nuôi quen với thức ăn mới.

(i), Tài liệu hoá và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm với các hoạt động cụ thể:
Qúa trình tài liệu hóa và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm thực hiện mô hình sẽ được tập trung triển khai trong năm 3 với mục tiêu tổng hợp các thông tin tư liệu trong quá trình thực hiện dự án để truyền thông rộng rãi tới công chúng và nhân rộng mô hình, đồng thời bộ tài liệu này sẽ được cung cấp cho các bên liên quan ở Quảng Ninh lưu giữ sử dụng tại địa phương. Cáchoạt động cụ thể là:
+ Quay phim, chụp ảnh tư liệu mô hình
+ Xây dựng kế hoạch làm phim tài liệu (bản đủ và bản tóm tắt), thuê đơn vị làm phim chuyên nghiệp cùng hợp tác triển khai
+ Tiếp tục phối hợp với UBND phường Hà Phong truyền thông về dự án và mô hình thí điểm NTTS tại Vung Viêng có sự tham gia của chính quyền, cơ quan chuyên môn, doanh nghiệp và người dân.
