Công tác kiểm tra chất lượng cọc trong quá trình thi công cần được thực hiện nghiêm túc .Với công nghệ thi công thích hợp và qui trình kiểm tra chất lượng chặt chẽ, khả năng hư hỏng của cọc sẽ giảm xuống mức tối thiểu.
a. Kiểm tra dung dịch Bentonite (điều 7.10 của 22 TCN 257-2000)
- Mục đích là đảm bảo cho thành hố khoan không bị sập trong quá trình khoan cũng như khi đổ bê tông và để kiểm tra thổi rửa trước khi đổ bê tông .
- Cần quản lí chất lượng dung dịch phù hợp cho từng độ sâu của lớp đất khác nhau
và có biện pháp xử lí thích hợp để duy trì sự ổn định thành lỗ cho đến khi kết thúc việc đổ bê tông.
