Nhằm nâng cao môi trường làm việc, để xây dựng một tổ chức vững mạnh và đáng tin cậy, ban điều hành của Hãng điện tử Samsung đã chỉ đạo thành lập một "Chương trình nơi làm việc tuyệt vời" từ năm 1998. Năm 2003, chương trình đã được truyền đi thông qua toàn thể tập đoàn Samsung, cả công ty Bảo hiểm sinh mạng và Hoả hoạn Samsung, Samsung SDI, Samsung Everland, Samsung Corporation, Cheil Industries, Samsung Networks và nhiều nhánh khác. Năm 2006, 9 công ty dưới vốn của Hãng điện tử Samsung, 80 chi nhánh ở nước ngoài và 130 doanh nghiệp ở nước ngoài được thông báo chính thức được ứng dụng chương trình này.
