Từ đầu năm đến nay, mặc dù mặn xâm nhập tăng dần nhưng nguồn nước ngọt lại thiếu nghiêm trọng. Thạc sĩ Trần Quang Củi, Phó Giám đốc Sở NN&PTNT Kiên Giang, cho biết thực tế có những vùng độ mặn nguồn nước lên tới 30‰ gây bất lợi cho tôm nuôi.
