-Mixing: Weight 63 g Baird Parker agar (BPA) in 950ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve completely. Sterilization by autoclave at a pressure of 15 lbs about 15 minutes. Cool to 500C, add 50 ml sterile egg yolk and 3ml Potassium tellurite sterile 3.5%
