Phó giám đốc: giúp giám đốc điều hành công ty theo sự phân công của giám đốc, chịu trách nhiệm với giám đốc về những vấn đề được giao, phân công và ủy quyền.
Phòng kế hoạch:
Do công ty với quy mô nhỏ nên phòng kế hoạch đảm nhận nhiều nhiệm vụ hơn so với phòng kế hoạch của công ty khác. Những nhiệm vụ chính của phòng kế hoạch như sau:

Tìm kiếm nguồn nguyên liệu đầu vào cho công ty. Đồng thời cũng kiểm kê quản lý nguyên vật liệu tại kho.
