Đối với những tờ khai liên kết với số tờ khai khác (lô hàng có trên 50 dòng hàng) trong đó có hơn 01 tờ khai phân luồng đỏ thì toàn bộ các tờ khai luồng đỏ phân công cho nhóm công chức kiểm tra thực tế hàng hóa các tờ khai thuộc lô hàng.
Đối với tờ khai chuyển luồng từ luồng vàng sang luồng đỏ, sau khi phê duyệt đề xuất chuyển luồng của công chức kiểm tra hồ sơ, Chi cục trưởng trực tiếp tiến hành phân công công chức kiểm tra thực tế hàng hóa (trừ trường hợp kiểm tra thực tế hàng hóa bằng máy soi container dùng chung).
