Trong nghiên cứu này, hàm lượng các nguyên tố dinh dưỡng (K, Fe, Zn,…) và nguyên tố độc hại (Hg, As, …) trong các mẫu cá nước ngọt thu thập từ thành phố Đà Lạt và các mẫu cá nước mặn thu thập từ thành phố Nha Trang, Ninh Thuận, có ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe con người sẽ được phân tích và đánh giá bằng phương pháp INAA.
