Núi Pu Si Lung (Lai Châu) với đỉnh

Núi Pu Si Lung (Lai Châu) với đỉnh cao hơn 3.000m là ngọn núi cao nhất án ngữ nơi biên giới Việt - Trung. Ngọn núi hoang sơ ở vùng đất biên viễn này đầy bí ẩn và quyến rũ với những người ưa khám phá.

Đỉnh Pu Si Lung nằm ở tận cùng của vùng núi Tây Bắc, lại thuộc địa phận do biên phòng quản lý, nên không hề dễ dàng để tiếp cận. Lên lịch trình kỹ càng, liên hệ trước với các cơ quan chức năng, mang theo giấy giới thiệu, chúng tôi tự tin lên đường chinh phục đỉnh Pu Si Lung.

Thời tiết càng sáng càng nắng đẹp và chúng tôi đã được trải qua một bữa tiệc mây trên đèo Ô Quý Hồ. Dù đã từng đi qua nhiều lần nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên tôi được thấy nhiều mây giăng đến vậy trên con đèo nằm trong nhóm “tứ đại đèo miền Bắc” này. Mây bồng bềnh tuôn tràn liên tục từ khắp nơi đổ về thung lũng Ô Quý Hồ khiến những bản làng, ngôi nhà bỗng chốc tan biến đi như bị lũ cuốn vậy.

Hành trình bắt đầu từ bản Ô Quý Hồ tới đỉnh đèo của chúng tôi bỗng chốc trở thành trò chơi đuổi bắt. Lúc thì đoàn xe xuyên vào mây, cái lạnh tê tái cùng tầm nhìn hạn chế khiến chúng tôi không thể đi nhanh. Ấy vậy rồi, bỗng chốc mây lại tan loãng ra để lại khoảng trời xanh thẳm với tia nắng ấm áp chói chang sau tán cây. Từ đây có thể nhìn thấy rõ dãy núi Hoàng Liên trùng điệp kéo dài tít tắp. Những ngọn núi tựa vào mây, ôm lấy mây một cách trìu mến.

Vượt qua đèo Ô Quý Hồ dài 50km, chúng tôi từ Lào Cai sang địa phận Lai Châu. Khí hậu thay đổi rõ rệt từ cái lạnh của Sa Pa chuyển sang cái nắng gió hanh hao của Lai Châu.

Mặt trời trên cao, le lói qua những đám mây lảng bảng trên dãy Hoàng Liên hùng vĩ, chiếu rọi những ray nắng kỳ ảo. Qua ngã ba Bình Lư, rẽ phải là chúng tôi tới con đường rộng thênh thang chạy qua thị trấn Tam Đường. Trên đường đi, dễ thấy những khóm hoa dã quỳ nở rực rỡ trong nắng. Một khung cảnh vàng rực rỡ là phần thưởng hết sức bất ngờ với chúng tôi.

Trước khi tới Lai Châu, tôi được một người bạn trong nhóm đi Ngũ Chỉ Sơn chia sẻ một khung hình tuyệt đẹp về một ngọn thác có tên là thác Tác Tình.

Cuối thị trấn Tam Đường có một đường bê tông nhỏ rẽ phải vào sâu trong vùng núi Bình Lư. Nhìn từ xa đã thấy dòng nước đổ từ trên cao xuống như một dải lụa mềm mại đang thả mình trong không gian hùng vĩ của núi rừng. Tuy quãng đường không dài, chỉ chừng 3km nhưng vắng người và không hề có biển báo chỉ dẫn nên chúng tôi đã bị đi quá đôi chút.

Thác Tác Tình hay còn gọi là Tắc Tình, là một địa điểm thu hút du lịch của tỉnh Lai Châu. Theo tiếng Dao, "tác" có nghĩa là nước từ trên cao đổ xuống mỏm đá nhô ra từ vách núi thẳng đứng (vách núi này có độ cao chừng 100m so với mặt đất); "tình" có nghĩa là nước từ trên thác đổ xuống tạo thành một vũng nước trên mặt đất (giống như một hồ nhỏ).

Để xe dưới mái hiên một nhà dân ven đường, chúng tôi đi theo những bậc thang lát bằng đá để lên ngọn thác. Sau chừng trăm bậc thang rất dốc, chúng tôi đã được chiêm ngưỡng dòng thác đổ từ trên cao xuống một hồ nước trong veo. Mải chơi ở thác Tác Tình, phải tới giữa trưa, chúng tôi tới thành phố Lai Châu. Thời tiết quả thực quá tuyệt vời, trời nắng đẹp với tầm nhìn trong veo. Đi trên các con đường mà có thể thấy rõ những dãy núi hùng vĩ dưới nền mây trắng trời xanh thẳm.

Ăn xong bữa trưa, chúng tôi quyết định tranh thủ đi tham quan khu trung tâm, khu hành chính của tỉnh và hoàn toàn bị choáng ngợp trước vẻ đẹp nơi đây. Khu trung tâm có lối kiến trúc Pháp hiện đại pha nét cổ điển được xây mới đồng bộ, đường xá thông thoáng rộng rãi.

Quảng trường Nhân dân và Trung tâm Hội nghị văn hóa của tỉnh bề thế, tọa lạc trên nền đồi cao ráo, thoáng đãng với cảnh quan tuyệt đẹp, bên cạnh là những thảm cỏ xanh và xa xa là khu dân cư được quy hoạch đồng bộ. Công trình hợp khối nổi bật trong sắc xanh của núi rừng, trời xanh và mây trắng trong veo.
