 Công ty cũng đã nhận chuyển nhượng toàn bộ vốn của Công ty TNHH F&N

(Việt Nam) tại Khu công nghiệp Việt Nam – Singapore (VSIP). Mục đích để lấy đất cho dự án nhà máy sữa Dielac 2 với công suất 54.000 tấn/năm.

Nhà máy cà phê Sài Gòn: Ðã hoàn tất việc nhượng bán nhà máy cà phê Sài Gòn cho Công ty Cổ phần Trung Nguyên để tập trung vào ngành sữa.

 Trong năm 2010, Vinamilk cũng đã hoàn tất việc mua lại toàn bộ phần vốn của các cổ đông khác trong Công ty Sữa Lam Sơn để chuyển thành Công ty TNHH

một thành viên Sữa Lam Sơn.

 Nhà máy nước giải khát đã được đưa vào hoạt động vào tháng 6/2010 và tung ra thị trường các loại nước giải khát có lợi cho sức khỏe như trà xanh, trà sâm bí
