từ chối cấp, gia hạn hộ chiếu và cấp công hàm đề nghị nước ngoài cấp thị thực đối với trường hợp vi phạm quy định tại Điều 4 Quyết định này.
Thông báo cho Bộ công an và Bộ quốc phòng về các hộ chiếu hết giá trị sử dụng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

refuse to grant, renew passports and granting foreign diplomatic notes requesting for visa violations of the provisions of Article 4 of this Decision.
Notify the police and the Ministry of Defence Ministry of the expired passport use value.
