Căn cứ điều lệ và tổ chức hoạt động của Ngân hàng TMCP Quân đội được phê chuẩn theo Quyết định số 194//QĐ-NH5 ngày 14/09/1994 của Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam;
Căn cứ vào tờ trình số 40/HTTD/QLCL và đề án triển khai chương trình 5S thuộc sáng kiến chiến lược số 18 của TGĐ đã được phê duyệt ngày 17/08/2011

The base Charter and organization of the activity of the military Bank was approved by decision No. 194//QD-NH5 on 14/09/1994 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam;Based on the number of sheets 40/HTTD/QUALITY MANAGEMENT and the project of implementing 5S in strategic initiatives number 18 of the GENERAL DIRECTOR was approved on 17/08/2011
