Ngay từ những bước đi chập chững đầu tiên, mẹ đã luôn bên cạnh, dìu dắt hướng dẫn ta bước từng bước đi, chỉ cho ta cách để ta đến đích mà cha đang chờ ta ở đó. Cha đã dạy cho ta sự dũng cảm, niềm tin khi mỗi bước đi bị ngã, dạy cho ta tự đứng lên như thế nào, để hôm nay ta có thể tự đứng vững trong cuộc đời đầy sóng gió.

Cha, mẹ - “người chở đò suốt cuộc đời” cho ta.


Mẹ đã dạy cho ta những câu nói đầu tiên của cuộc đời: gọi cha, gọi mẹ,… để rồi ta tự nói những gì mình thích, mình muốn. Cha lại uốn nắn từng câu, từng chữ. Cha mẹ đã dạy ta cách cư xử với mọi người, cách mỉm cười với cuộc sống, tự đứng dạy mỗi lần vấp ngã và biết quý trọng những gì mình đang có để ta không phải nuối tiếc.
Mẹ đã dạy ta qua những câu chuyện cổ tích mẹ kể hằng đêm để ta biết đâu là thiện – ác. Mẹ đã kể cho ta nghe về những cuộc chiến tranh tàn khốc để ta biết yêu chuộng hòa bình, những câu chuyện về năm tháng đất nước gặp khó khăn đói khổ để ta biết quý hơn những gì ta đang có trong tay.
Cha dạy ta tìm niềm vui từ những trang sách, để thỏa mãn những gì chúng ta chưa biết. Dạy cho ta mục đích của cuộc sống, cách ta tự thiết kế cho mình cuộc sống mà ta mong muốn và làm thế nào để có được điều đó.
Mẹ dạy cho ta biết yêu thương cuộc sống này, thương những người già neo đơn, những em nhỏ bất hạnh,… Dạy ta biết lắng nghe trong cuộc sống, biết sàng lọc điều hay bằng tấm lưới chân lí của trái tim để lấy những điều quý giá, loại bỏ những thứ xấu xa.
Cha lại dạy cho ta bản lĩnh của một con người, biết dũng cảm vượt qua mọi thử thách của cuộc sống. Sống hết mình, cháy bỏng với những niềm đam mê. Dạy cho ta biết bán sức lực và trí óc cho những người có tầm nhìn trả giá xứng đáng với nó, nhưng không bao giờ được phép rao bán tâm hồn và trái tim mình.

Đi khắp thế gian không ai tốt bằng mẹ, gánh nặng cuộc đời không ai khổ bằng cha.
Cha mẹ cho ta đi vào cuộc sống bằng tình yêu, tiếng nói của trái tim nhưng sống thì phải bằng lí trí. Cha mẹ đã dạy cho ta đức tin đầu tiên để ta tìm về Chân – Thiện – Mỹ.
Nhưng cha mẹ cũng dạy cho ta biết khi nào cần nhịn nhục để học được điều hay, kiên nhẫn để đợi chờ thời cơ đến, không vội vàng, không hấp tấp và cũng không chậm chạp; lấy chữ "NHẪN" làm đầu, chữ "TÂM" làm gốc để ta có thể sống tốt trong cuộc sống này.

Ai còn mẹ xin đừng làm mẹ khóc - Đừng để buồn trên mắt mẹ nghe con.
Suốt một đời, bố mẹ đã giành hết tâm huyết cho sự nghiệp giáo dục ta, có lẽ đi hết cả cuộc đời ta cũng không thể hiểu hết và viết lên hết những gì cha mẹ đã làm cho ta. Vì vậy những ai còn cha, còn còn thì xin đừng làm họ khóc, đừng để buồn lên mắt cha mẹ ai ơi.
