Bố trí đủ quỹ đất cho xây dựng và phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng y tế.
- Tăng cường quản lý nhà nước về hoạt động hành nghề y, dược tư nhân. Tổ chức tốt công tác bảo hiểm y tế, thực hiện chính sách miễn phí y tế cho các đối tượng chính sách, người nghèo… Ban hành và tổ chức thực hiện các tiêu chuẩn về y tế, vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm theo hướng đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.
