a. Đã xem xét kỹ, biết rõ về nguồn gốc sở hữu, sử dụng và thực trạng quyền sử dụng đất – quyền sở hữu nhà ở nêu trên, kể cả các giấy tờ về quyền sử dụng đất – quyền sở hữu nhà ở, đồng ý mua và không có khiếu nại gì về việc công chứng (chứng thực) hợp đồng này;
b. Thực hiện đúng, đầy đủ tất cả các thỏa thuận với Bên A đã ghi trong hợp đồng này;
c. Phần diện tích ngoài chủ quyền, vi phạm quy hoạch, Bên B cam kết chấp hành theo quy định của Nhà nước.
