iddhārtha Gautama hay Tất-đạt-đa Cồ-đàm (phiên âm Hán Việt từ tiếng Phạn) cũng được gọi là Phật Thích-ca Mâu-ni (Shakyamuni Buddha)[1] hay gọi tắt là Đức Phật, là một nhà hiền triết và đạo sư Ấn Độ cổ đại.
