(i) Nếu Việc Giảm Footfall xuất phá

(i) Nếu Việc Giảm Footfall xuất phát từ Bên Thuê và/hoặc chất lượng, dịch vụ của rạp hoặc dịch vụ cung cấp tại rạp, Bên Thuê cam kết sẽ khắc phục các nguyên nhân có liên quan để đảm bảo lượng footfall đến rạp đạt mức trung bình của 3 tháng có footfall cao nhất trong thời gian trước đó và

(ii) Nếu Việc Giảm Footfall do những nguyên nhân trực tiếp xuất phát từ Bên Cho Thuê, Bên Cho Thuê sẽ, vào từng thời điểm, xem xét các chính sách hợp tác phù hợp với Bên Thuê như: mua một số lượng vé xem phim, tổ chức chiến dịch hợp tác thương hiệu, cung cấp vé gửi xe miễn phí, giảm giá tiền thuê.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Kết quả (Anh) 2:
