Xin chào !
Tên tôi là Tuong The Hien. Tôi đến từ công ty Canon Tiên Sơn.
Hôm nay tôi sẽ nói về kỷ niệm đáng nhớ nhất của tôi tại CVN .
Cho đến hôm nay tôi đã làm việc ở CVN được 16 tháng và 8 ngày .
Quãng thời gian này có rất nhiều kỷ niệm cùng với cảm xúc khác nhau : vui, buồn, bất ngờ, lo lắng hay ngạc nhiên.
Nhưng kỷ niệm mà tôi không bao giờ quên đó là thời gian tham gia khóa học PIBC .
Nó đã thay đổi suy nghĩ và hành động của tôi từ đó đến giờ !
Nói một chút về tôi . Khi tôi tham gia khóa học PIBC tôi là một nhân viên mới của nhóm tự động hóa. với những kiến thức ở trường đại học , tôi không có nhiều kiến thức về cải tiến , tìm điểm lãng phí và hay làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
Vào thời gian đó được tham gia khóa học PIBC.
Trong quá trình tham gia khóa học tôi đã có 2 kỷ niệm đáng nhớ
Thứ nhất đó là thời gian tôi phải hoàn thành bài thi cải tiến tại xưởng Assy trong thời gian nhất định
nhưng tôi khộng có nhiều kiến thức tổng hợp về cải tiến, làm thế nào để cải tiến điểm ? làm thế nào để cải tiến đường ?
Giây phút đó tôi nghĩ tôi sẽ không thể vượt qua bài thi này .Nhưng tôi là 1 thành viên của nhóm tự động hóa ? tôi không thể thất bại ở đây !
Chỉ có cách duy nhất là tôi cần phải cố gắng hết 100 % khả năng của mình
Sau những giây phút căng thẳng cuối cùng tôi cũng vượt qua bài thi đầy khó khăn !
Nó giúp tôi hiểu hết giá trị của câu nói :
Nếu bạn chưa thử sức bạn sẽ không bao giờ biết hết năng lực của bản thân .

Thứ 2 : Như các bạn biết trong khóa học PIBC , Điều ấn tượng nhưng cũng khó khăn nhất chính là thời gian tham gia thi hô nâng cao khí thế !
Với khí thế cao và giọng khỏe tôi được mọi người tin tưởng bầu làm trưởng nhóm dẫn dắt mọi người hô nâng cao khí thế !
Tôi nỗ lực hết sức với khí thế cao nhóm tôi đã về nhất !
Tôi tin rằng chỉ cần tôi tiếp tục cố gắng và phát huy nhóm tôi sẽ tiếp tục chiến thắng
Nhưng đến lần thứ 2 và thứ 3 nhóm tôi trượt dần đến thất bại.
Trong khi tôi cảm thấy sau mỗi buổi luyện tập . Khí thế của tôi ngày càng nâng cao
Mọi người bắt đầu nói : " Tôi chính là lý do chính khiến nhóm tôi hay về xếp cuối đến vậy . Mọi người không thể theo kịp tôi, tôi hô quá to không đồng đều với mọi người ".
Giây phút đó tôi thật sự sốc và bối rối khi biết tôi chính là lý do
Tôi bắt đầu quan sát và so sánh với các nhóm đã về nhất .
các thành viên hô và tập rất đồng đều về động tác và khẩu lệnh , Tôi cảm nhận được sức mạnh của nhóm đó .
Cũng là lúc tôi hiểu được lý do của sai lầm của mình
Và sức mạnh của một nhóm không nằm ở một thành viên mà là cả tập thể đó. Nó là sự đoàn kết, lắng nghe và cùng nhau nỗ lực
Trên đây là 2 kỷ niệm đáng nhớ nhất của tôi khi tham gia PIBC và trong CVN.
Tôi đã có 2 bài học lớn :
1 . Nếu bạn chưa dám thử bạn sẽ không bao giờ biết sức mạnh của bản thân
2. Sưc mạnh của làm việc việc nhóm ở sự đoàn kết lắng nghe và cùng nhau nỗ lực
Và chính những điều đó là mộtlý do tôi đứng ở đây để tiếp tục khám phá năng lực của bản thân của mình
