Nếu có phát sinh tranh chấp giữa cá

Nếu có phát sinh tranh chấp giữa các Bên liên quan đến hợp đồng này hoặc bất cứ vấn đề gì phát sinh, các Bên phải lập tức tiến hành thương lượng để giải quyết vấn đề một cách hữu hảo. Nếu thương lượng không có kết quả thì trong vòng 15 ngày kể từ ngày phát sinh tranh chấp, các bên sẽ đệ trình vấn đề lên Toà án Nhân dân có thẩm quyền tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để giải quyết theo qui định của pháp luật. Quyết định của Toà án Nhân dân có thẩm quyền là quyết định cuối cùng và có tính chất bắt buộc với các Bên.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If any dispute arises between the parties relating to this agreement or any matter arising, the parties must immediately conduct negotiations to solve problems in a way useful. If the negotiations do not have the results within 15 days of the dispute arises, the parties will submit the issue up the competent people's Court in Ho Chi Minh City to address as required by law. The decision of the competent people's Court is final and obligatory in nature with the parties.

If any dispute arises between the parties relating to this contract or any problems arise, the Parties shall immediately enter into negotiations to solve problems in a friendly way. If negotiations do not work, within 15 days after the dispute arises, the parties will submit the matter to the Court of competent People in Ho Chi Minh City to settle in accordance with the law . The decision of the People's Court is competent to decide final and binding on the Parties.
