 Tổ chức và điều hành hoạt động bộ máy kế toán của Công ty mẹ và các đơn vị thành viên đảm bảo khoa học và hiệu quả và thống nhất chung trong toàn tập đoàn;
 Kiểm soát, hỗ trợ việc lập báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh, báo cáo chi phí. Đảm bảo dữ liệu tài chính chính được lập và cung cấp chính xác, đúng hạn, đúng các cam kết với ban lãnh đạo nhà đầu tư, chủ nợ;
 Xây dựng đội ngũ chuyên viên am hiểu đặc biệt về kế toán đặc biệt các nghiệp vụ về bất động sảntrong tập đoàn nhằm hỗ trợ tối đa các đơn vị thành viên trong việc hạch toánđảm bảo tính thống nhất trong toán tập đoàn, tính hợp lý, đúng chuẩn mực nhưng vẫn phù hợp với thực tế và yêu cầu về doanh thu/lợi nhuận của Tập đoàn;
 Tổ chức soát xét, tư vấn thuế cho các công ty thành viên, lập kế hoạch thuế nhằm tối ưu thuế cho tập đoàn;
 Nắm vững và đảm bảo hoạt động tài chính của các đơn vị thành viên tuân thủ đúng chính sách của Tập đoàn. Hoàn thiện và phát triển các quy trình, chuẩn mực, chính sách kế toán chung nhằm nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả hoạt động tài chính.
 Chịu trách nhiệm về các báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế, và các vấn đề nghiệp vụ, quản lý doanh thu, chi phí, hàng hóa, tài sản … của công ty mẹ và các công ty con trong tập đoàn;
 Đánh giá, phân tích tài chính các hoạt động kinh doanh, dòng tiền, hàng hóa;
 Đánh giá, phân tích hiệu quả kinh tế của các hoạt động kinh doanh, dự án đầu tư về mặt tài chính trình Ban lãnh đạo;
