nơi tôi đang sống không có bất kì chỗ nào có dịch vụ scan. Do đó tôi đã chụp thư giới thiệu bằng điện thoại ( thư giới thiệu của tôi viết bằng tiếng việt). Vậy hồ sơ của tôi và thư giới thiệu có được chấp nhận không? Nếu như thư giới thiệu không được chấp nhận thì tôi phải làm thế nào?
