HƯỚNG DẪN CHO THUYỀN TRƯỞNG

Để thực hiện việc kiểm tra ổn định nhằm đảm bảo cho tàu an toàn ở trạng thái tải trọng bất kỳ thuyền trưởng phải thực hiện một trong các hướng dẫn sau:

- Tàu phải luôn luôn thỏa mãn các tiêu chuẩn ổn định theo yêu cầu của Quy phạm.Khi tàu hành hải phải đóng kín tất cả các lỗ vào nước, nắp hầm,các cửa trên tàu.
