Nếu vượt quá thời gian này mà Bên A

Nếu vượt quá thời gian này mà Bên A không nhận được chứng từ bản gốc thì:
a) Bên B có nghĩa vụ giao trực tiếp chứng từ bản gốc cho người đại diện theo giới thiệu của Bên A để hoàn tất giao dịch qua fax khi người đại diện theo giới thiệu của Bên A liên hệ trực tiếp tại trụ sở của Bên B;
b) Bên A có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt quan hệ giao dịch với Bên B và Bên B có nghĩa vụ thực hiện trước hạn các nghĩa vụ với Bên A theo các cam kết giữa hai bên.
c) Bên B phải chịu trách nhiệm về mọi thiệt hại và/hoặc tranh chấp xảy ra cho Bên A ( nếu có) phát sinh do việc Bên B không bổ sung chứng từ bản gốc hoặc bổ sung chứng từ bản gốc không đúng thời hạn đã cam kết.
d) Bên B vẫn phải chịu trách nhiệm về các giao dịch qua fax đã thực hiện theo quy định của Hợp đồng này.
