Vì các trường công lập có những luật riêng. họ không nhận học sinh hằng ngày như trường tư. sau hè thì người ta chỉ nhận học sinh cho 1 lần duy nhất, và dựa trên sổ hộ khẩu ở đâu thì học sinh sẽ học ở các trường quận đó. Học phí cúng do nhà nước quy định sẵn phù hợp với tất cả mọi người. còn mình thì hướng đến những người có cuộc sống tốt hơn
