- Lên kế hoạch thực hiện vận hành hoạt động hệ thống cùng ban Tổng Giám Đốc từ những ngày đầu tiên xây dựng các siêu thị điện máy đầu tiên với thương hiệu VinPro .

- Xây dựng các chính sách nhân sự , tiêu chuẩn phục vụ , thiết kế mô hình siêu thị điện máy .

- Phối hợp với các phòng ban, các công ty thành viên đưa ra các giải pháp , các chính sách giúp vận hành siêu thị .

- Phối hợp với các đối tác chiến lược để xây dựng các dịch vụ , hàng hóa , chương trình hỗ trợ bán hàng , quảng bá thương hiệu .

- Thực hiện các hoạt động về martketting để quảng bá thương hiệu .

- Phối hợp với hơn 200 thương hiệu thời trang , trang sức, ăn uống, đồ dùng gia đình , giải trí , trang trí nội thất , hàng tiêu dùng và gian hàng trong khu trung tâm thương mại để cộng hưởng tạo hiệu ứng bán hàng .

- Tuyển dụng và đào tạo nhân viên theo tiêu chuẩn cấp tập đoàn , tạo ra những giá trị cốt lõi và văn hóa tập đoàn .

- Xây dựng cùng phòng quy trình , kế toán và các phòng liên quan các bộ tiêu chuẩn về quy định , quy trình , tiêu chuẩn phục vụ , và quản trị hàng tồn kho .
