Xin phép được tự giới thiệu, Tôi là Nguyên - Giám đốc điều hành VRT.
Về việc thanh toán, tôi đã trao đổi với với ngân hàng mở LC tại Việt Nam và họ cho biết LC có thể gia hạn thêm thời gian hiệu lực và việc thanh toán sẽ thực hiện khi có đủ chứng từ theo yêu cầu trong LC (trường 46A - II). Các chứng từ cần có cho việc thanh toán sẽ do RRT cung cấp và một trong những chứng từ đó là Biên bản nghiệm thu.
Biên bản nghiệm thu sẽ do bên bán hàng (RRT) thực hiện và bên mua (VRT) sẽ xác nhận bằng cách ký tên, đóng dấu nếu nội dung nghiệm thu phù hợp với tình hình vận hành máy thực tế và nội dung hợp đồng đã ký.
Vì vậy, rất mong bạn cử kỹ sư qua Việt Nam phối hợp với chúng tôi trong việc kiểm định lại chất lượng và nghiệm thu vận hành máy như thỏa thuận của hai bên trong hợp đồng.

On the payment, I had discussions with the banks to open in Vietnam and their LC, said LC may extend time effect and the payment will made when vouchers as required in LC (field 46A - II). The documents required for payment will be provided by RRT and one of the documents that acceptance record.
The record will be accepted by the seller (RRT) done and the buyer (VRT) will confirm by signature and seal if the contents match the acceptance of the situation and operate the actual contents of the signed contract.
So you are welcome to send engineers to Vietnam to cooperate with us in the test the quality and acceptance of machine operators as agreed by both parties in the contract.
