Để ghi nhận nỗ lực của các bên liên quan trong thời gian qua và chuẩn bị thực hiện INDC trong thời gian tới, Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường (Bộ TN&MT) phối hợp với Chương trình Phát triển Liên hợp quốc (UNDP) và Bộ Môi trường, Bảo tồn thiên nhiên, Xây dựng và An toàn hạt nhân Cộng hòa liên bang Đức (BMUB) ủy quyền Cơ quan Hợp tác Phát triển Đức (GIZ) tổ chức Hội nghị công bố Báo cáo INDC vào ngày 12/10 tại Hà Nội.
