- Khuôn mẫu là hành vi được xã hội thừa nhận, ổn định, được sử dụng làm thước đo cho việc ứng xử.
- Khuôn mẫu ứng xử là hành vi được tổng quát hoá, tiêu chuẩn hoá, và hợp thức hoá dùng làm chuẩn mực xã hội (khuôn mẫu cho chủ thể và cho đối tượng quản lý)
