Sự thay đổi và cải tiến rất cần thiết nhưng có những người lười biếng và ngại thay đổi, họ nghĩ những điều cũ trước giờ vẫn thực hiện là an toàn và tốt rồi nên không cần phải thay đổi nữa, vì sợ mạo hiểm, không biết kết quả sẽ ra sao, nhưng không phải vì thế mà ta cứ đứng yên tại chỗ mà không tiếp tục sáng tạo.
