11.5 Khi Bên Bán vi phạm Hợp đồng,

11.5 Khi Bên Bán vi phạm Hợp đồng, Bên Mua có quyền gửi giấy đòi tiền phạt hoặc bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên Bán. Bên Bán có trách nhiệm trả tiền phạt và bồi thường trong vòng mười lăm (15) ngày kể từ ngày nhận được giấy đòi tiền phạt hoặc/và bồi thường. Nếu quá thời hạn trên, Bên Bán phải chịu lãi suất trả chậm trên số tiền phạt theo mức lãi suất cơ bản của Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam ban hành tại thời điểm đó.

11.5 When the seller breached the contract, the buyer has the right to submit a paper claim the fines or damages for the seller. The seller is responsible to pay the fines and compensation within fifteen (15) days from the date of the paper claims or fines, and restitution. If the time limit on, the seller shall bear interest on deferred payment of the fines according to the basic interest rate of the State Bank of Vietnam issued at that time.

11.5 When the Seller violates the Contract, the Purchaser has the right to submit a bill penalties or compensation for damage to the Seller. Seller shall have to pay a fine and compensation within fifteen (15) days of receiving the bill fine and / or compensation. If the time limit, the Seller shall bear interest on fines for late payment under the basic interest rate of the State Bank of Vietnam issued at that time.
