Thực hiện process tiếp nhận nhân viên mới ( trình ký tiếp nhận, liên hệ nhận việc, thu hồ sơ, thông báo chho đơn vị)
Hỗ trợ đơn vị kinh doanh trình ký tiếp nhận và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến nhân sự khi có phát sinh vấn đề
Search CV hàng tuần cho đơn vị ( 150 CV/ Tuần), tổng hợp báo cáo hàng tuần của phòng
Hỗ trợ tìm nguồn cho các vị trí Chính thức ( Trưởng bộ phận, chuyên viên, giám đốc phát triển kinh doanh...)
Các công việc admin: sreening ứng viên, hẹn phỏng vấn các vị trí Cộng tác viên và chính thức, trình ký hồ sơ liên quan đến nhân sự.
Tham gia hỗ trợ cho các ngày hội việc làm tại các trường Đại học ở TP HCM
Hiện tại đang hỗ trợ cho nhân sự tuyển nhân sự cho Chi nhánh, Khối khách hàng doanh nghiệp, Trung tâm bán của Ngân hàng
