Khan (2006) stated the definition of consumer behavior as a process of physical activity and to give decisions concerning recognition, evaluation, organization and use of goods and services. Recognizing its significance, all companies identify target is driven by consumer behavior (Baumgartner and Pieters, 2008). In fact, this is not a new concept; However, customer behavior gradually changed over time and social development. For example, in 1990, obedient children, and agree completely with what their parents buy. But now, the trend has reversed as requiring children buy what they like. Other illustrations are the old days, children want to be rewarded bear, bike, chocolate ... on Christmas day; now, they expect to receive a high-tech gifts such as iPhone, iPad, laptop, ... It's been proven that customer behavior has changed completely over time. Also in Vietnam, LCD TVs are considered a luxury equipment 10 years ago; but today, LCD TV become a common thing for those middle-income and rich people will buy 3D and super large screen TV instead. Therefore, understanding the nature of customer behavior and buying decisions are factors important purpose is business strategy and top management wants to learn.
