Về việc: Cung cấp thêm thông tin hỗ

Về việc: Cung cấp thêm thông tin hỗ trợ giải trình v/v thu tiền Phí Quản Lý (PQL) không xuất hóa đơn Giá Trị Gia Tăng (GTGT).
Theo nội dung cuộc họp ngày 25/07/2016, giữa Phòng Tài Vụ và TTPVKH về việc cung cấp thông tin hỗ trợ giải trình v/v thu tiền phí quản lý không xuất hóa đơn GTGT, TTPVKH có một số ý kiến cung cấp một số thông tin liên quan như sau:
1. Cơ sở pháp lý để giải trình thêm với cơ quan Thuế ( như đính kèm).
2. Một số tài liệu hỗ trợ chứng minh bản chất PQL là thu hộ - chi hộ, không phải là dịch vụ kinh doanh của PMH, gồm:
2.1 Hợp đồng mẫu.
2.2 Báo cáo hội ký thu – chi PQL các khu phố từ năm 2013-2015.
2.3 Văn bản nội bộ của P.Tài Vụ về việc xác định PQL không phải là doanh thu.
2.4 Công văn trả lời khách hàng.
2.5 Hồ sơ bàn giao PQL cho Ban Quản Trị các khu phố.
2.6 Văn bản gời cơ quan, chính quyền có liên quan.
2.7 Bài đăng trên tạp chí của Sở Xây Dựng có nội dung liên quan.
