1. Mục đích.
Mục đích của phương pháp thi công này là mô tả quá trình thi công lắp đặt thiết bị bên trong công trình trên cơ sở phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật đã quy định trong hợp đồng kèm bản vẽ thiết kế và các quy định về an toàn do bên công ty Tebodin đặt ra.
2. Phạm vi công việc.
Phạm vi công việc cụ thể là lắp đặt ống khói, kết nối đường ống hút bụi bên trong và trên trần phòng Ventilation.
3. Phương án thi công.
- Chuẩn bị vật tư, thiết bị: Ống khói, ống gió, máy hàn, máy cắt , máy khoan, bulong+tán, silicon, roăng cao su, dây điện nguồn, khóa , thêu xe cẩu …………………………………………………….…………………………………….
- Thực hiện: Sau khi chuẩn bị đầy đủ vật tư thiết bị sẽ tiến hành lắp theo các bước sau.
Bước 1: Lắp và canh chỉnh đoạn gốc ống khói bên trong phòng vào vị trí đã chọn .
Bước 2: Lắp 2 đoạn còn lại của ống khói vào nhau, lắp cáp neo vào các vị trị có sẵn trên ống khói, kết nối ba sợi cáp lại vói nhau để làm vị trí móc cẩu, sử dụng xe cẩu để nâng và đặt ống khói vào vị trí đoạn gốc đã lắp trước đó. Cố các mặt bích ống khói bằng bulong, và ống khói bằng cáp neo.
Bước 3: Dùng ống gió để kết nối giữa Quạt, hệ thu hồi bụi và ống khói.
- Hoàn tất và kiểm tra: Báo với đại diện tư vấn giám sát để kiểm tra sau khi công việc hoàn thành.
4. Biện pháp an toàn.
Các qui định về an toàn phải được áp dụng cho toàn bộ công nhân thi công trên công trường như dưới đây.
- Trang bị đầy đủ bảo hộ lao động , đảm bảo thực hiện đúng quy định khi làm việc trên cao cũng như trong quá trình hàn cắt.
