- Đầu tư cải tạo các công trình: hoàn thành lập hồ sơ thiết kế và dự toán các hạng mục công trình bao gồm: nhà xe Tổng kho Cần Lố, cải tạo Phòng lấy mẫu QC tại Tổng Kho Cần Lố, kho chứa hồ sơ, kho chứa chất thải nguy hại, sàn thao tác giữa Nhà máy Non Betalactam và Nhà máy Penicillin.
