A. Khái niệm 5S:+ 5S là một phương

A. Khái niệm 5S:
+ 5S là một phương pháp quản lý nhằm mục đích cải tiến môi trường làm việc, một chương trình hoạt động thường trực trong một doanh nghiệp hoặc một đơn vị hành chính. 5S là một tập hợp 5 từ theo nguyên gốc của Nhật Bản, mỗi từ bắt đầu bằng một âm S bao gồm (dịch ra tiếng Việt ): Sàng lọc, sắp sếp, sạch sẽ, săn sóc và sẵn sàng.
+ 5S không chỉ là sự thay đổi và cải tiến nơi làm việc về mặt vật lý mà còn hình thành thái độ và hành vi mới cho nhân viên và làm cho tất cả mọi người thấm nhuần ý thức kỷ luật. Có thể nói, 5S có tính hỗ trợ, và cao hơn nữa, 5S còn là điều kiện tiên quyết đối với các chương trình cải tiến chất lượng toàn doanh nghiệp, chẳng hạn: quản lý chất lượng toàn diện (TQM), liên tục cải tiến quy trình (kaizen), và tái cấu trúc quy trình kinh doanh (BPR).
B . Tác dụng và Mục tiêu của việc triển khai dự án điểm thực hành 5S tại Ngân hàng MB nhằm :
+ Thiết lập – vận hành hệ thống nhanh (do sắp sếp chỗ ngồi, chỗ lưu hồ sơ khoa học, dễ tìm...)
+ Giảm lãng phí/ chi phí cho MB (chi phí vận hành, chi phí quản lý...)
+ Tăng cường bảo mật lưu trữ hồ sơ chứng từ ( yêu cầu gọn gàng, không có chứng từ để trên mặt bàn làm việc sau mỗi buổi làm là bắt buộc)
+ Nâng cao hiệu suất sử dụng máy móc/ thiết bị
+ Làm tăng sự hài lòng của khách hàng
+ Tăng cường sự phát huy sáng kiến
+ Tạo ra cảnh quan sạch đẹp và chuyên nghiệp nơi làm việc
+ Nâng cao ý thức làm việc hiệu quả của mọi CBNV
+ Những thay đổi tích cực trong Văn hóa của Tổ chức. Giúp tổ chức thiết lập những kỳ vọng cao hơn.
C. Ý nghĩa của 5S đối với hoạt động Vận hành :
+ Một hệ thống quản lý và tổ chức sự vận hành nghiệp vụ trong Ngân hàng yêu cầu giảm thiểu về nhân lực, không gian, vốn và thời gian để tạo ra sản phẩm ít lỗi hơn. Nó tạo ra một môi trường làm việc có kỷ luật, sạch sẽ và có trật tự. Kết quả áp dụng từ đây cho thấy những hạn chế/ách tắc trong việc vận hành công việc được giảm thiểu trông thấy và những vấn đề phát sinh đều được phát hiện sớm và giải quyết kịp thời.
+ Bên cạnh đó, 5S cũng góp phần làm gia tăng chất lượng cuộc sống cho nhân viên bởi vì nhân viên tiêu dùng thời gian ở nơi làm việc nhiều hơn là ở nhà. 5S cũng giúp phát triển niềm hãnh diện và tinh thần đồng đội. 5S cũng làm cho nơi làm việc trở nên dễ dàng quản lý và giám sát hơn bởi vì không còn những vật thừa, lộn xộn gây cản trở cho hoạt động.
Chương trình 5S đã được thực hiện rất thành công tại các doanh nghiệp hoạt động trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ như Ngân hàng ACB, Sacombank, Bệnh viện Việt Pháp, Vietnam Airline...đã giảm được lãng phí cho hoạt động, tạo ra cảnh quan đẹp, chuyên nghiệp nơi làm việc và đặc biệt tăng được sự hài lòng của Khách hàng.
D. Đế xuất triển khai :
Xuất phát từ những lợi ích, mục tiêu và ý nghĩa của chương trình 5S đem lại. Nhóm đề xuất thực hiện chương trình 5S cụ thể như sau :
1- Phương pháp thực hiện: Ban đầu triển khai thí điểm tại khối Hỗ trợ Kinh doanh với sự phối hợp của Phòng quản lý chất lượng H.O để cải tiến hoạt động vận hành, xây dựng mô hình điểm 5S tại MB và rút kinh nghiệm triển khai trên toàn hệ thống .
2- Tổng chi phí triển khai Dự án điểm thực hành 5S là: 150.000.000 đồng (một trăm năm mươi triệu đồng), chương trình và kế hoạch chi tiết được trình bày trong « Đề án triển khai dự án điểm thực hành 5S tại MB ».
Thực hiện sáng kiến 18 và với tác dụng của mục tiêu chương trình 5S, Khối Hỗ Trợ Kinh Doanh và Phòng Quản lý chất lượng kính trình Tổng giám đốc phê duyệt cho phép thực hiện chương trình dự án thí điểm được triển khai tại Khối Hỗ trợ Kinh Doanh và Phòng Quản lý chất lượng. C. the meaning of 5S for operating activities:+ A system to manage and organize the business operating in the Bank requesting reduced manpower, space, and time to create the product less than error. It created a disciplined environment, clean and orderly. Application of results shows the limitations/delays in the operation of the work are minimized and the problems that arise are early detection and timely resolution. + Besides, 5S also contributed to increasing the quality of life for employees because of consumer employees time at work than at home. 5s also helps develop pride and team spirit. 5s also makes work easy to manage and monitor than because no longer are redundant, cluttered hinders for activity.5S program was performed very successfully in the business activity in the service sector such as ACB Bank, Sacombank, Vietnam Vietnam Airline France hospital ... has reduced waste for activity, creating beautiful scenery, professional work and in particular to increase the satisfaction of customers.D. the Roman Empire published deployment:Derived from the benefits, the objective and significance of the 5S program. + Enhanced security recordkeeping documents (request tidy, no documents on the table work after each meeting is required)
+ Improving efficiency of machinery / equipment
+ Increases customer satisfaction

+ Raising awareness of all productive employees
+ The positive change in organizational culture. Help organizations set higher expectations.
C. Meaning of 5S for Operating activities:
+ A management system and organize the operation of Bank operations require reducing manpower, space, capital and time to create products at fault more. It creates a work environment with discipline, clean and orderly. Results from this application shows the constraints / bottlenecks in running work is minimized seen and the problems that arise are detected early and resolved promptly.
+ Besides, 5S also contributed offers increased quality of life for employees because consumer staff time at work than at home. 5S also help develop pride and teamwork. 5S workplace also makes easier the management and supervision over because no excess material, clutter hinders operations.
The program has been implemented 5S very successful at operating businesses in the service sector such as ACB, Sacombank, Vietnam France Hospital, Vietnam Airlines ... has reduced waste to operate, creating beautiful scenery, professional work and special increase satisfaction Customer.
D. Recommended deployment:
Derived from the benefits, objectives and significance of 5S program offers. Group recommendations implemented 5S program are as follows:
1. Methodology: Initially piloted in block Supports Business in collaboration with the Chamber of HO quality management to improve operational , modeling 5S point in MB and lessons learned in implementing the entire system.
2. The total cost of the project implemented 5S practice point is: VND 150,000,000 (one hundred and fifty million), programs and detailed plan is presented in «The scheme implemented 5S practice pilot projects in MB".
