Điều 13:Trọng tài
Trường hợp xảy ra tranh chấp, hai bên sẽ giải quyết bằng đàm phán trên tinh thần hòa giải. Nếu không giải quyết được trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày nhận hàng, đơn khiếu nại sẽ được gửi tới trung tâm trọng tài quốc tế Việt Nam bên cạnh Phòng Thương mại và công nghiệp Việt Nam (VIAC) chi nhánh thành phố Hồ Chí Minh theo luật Thương mại của nước Cộng Hòa Xã Hội Chủ Nghĩa Việt Nam. Phí trọng tài và những phí liên quan sẽ được trả bời bên thua nếu không có thỏa thuận nào khác

dispute, both parties will be resolved by negotiation in a spirit of reconciliation. if not resolved within 30 days of receipt of goods,complaint will be submitted to international arbitration center next Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam (VIAC) branch in Ho Chi Minh City Commercial Code of the Republic of Vietnam Socialist. arbitration fees and related charges will be paid by the losing party if no other agreement
