- Kiểm soát và kiểm toán các nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh tại các đơn vị: Công ty mẹ, công ty con/nhà máy, chi nhánh HTPP./
- Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát các khoản chi phí tại công ty mẹ, phối hợp với các đơn vị kiểm soát chi phí các công ty con/nhà máy và HTPP
- Chịu trách nhiệm tổng hợp theo dõi số liệu quản trị các khoản mục chi phí phát sinh.
- Thẩm định giá tất cả các đơn hàng phát sinh của HSG.
- Kiểm soát hàng hóa đi đường, kiểm soát giá min, giá vốn, doanh thu, lợi nhuận, NXT kho hàng hóa, kiểm soát các khoản chi hoa hồng, chiết khấu thương mại.
- Kiểm soát tính và phân chia lương kinh doanh cho các đơn vị.
- Kiểm toán các chi phí, doanh thu, giá vốn, xuất nhập tồn hàng hóa, công nợ, … các vấn đề tuân thủ quy định, quy chế, quy trình của các đơn vị phòng ban tại trụ sở HSG.
- Phối hợp với Phòng Kiểm Soát công ty con/nhà máy kiểm toán toàn bộ các nghiệp vụ chi phí, doanh thu, giá vốn, xuất nhập tồn hàng hóa, công nợ, … các vấn đề tuân thủ quy định, quy chế, quy trình của các đơn vị phòng ban tại công ty con.
- Kiểm soát, nhận định phòng ngừa rủi ro của HSG.
- Báo cáo, đề xuất hướng xử lý, khắc phục rủi ro hiện hữu hoặc tiềm ẩn.
