Bên mua phải mở cho bên bán hưởng một thư tín dụng tại một ngân hàng hàng đầu có uy tín quốc tế ngay sau khi hợp đồng được ký kết theo loại thư tín dụng và theo điều kiện thoả mãn bên bán.
