6.1. Trong phạm vi hiệu lực của hợp đồng này, Bất khả kháng là những sự kiện nằm ngoài khả năng kiểm soát của các bên và không thể thấy trước được mà không phải do lỗi thiếu trách nhiệm gây ra. Đồng thời, bên gặp bất khả kháng đã áp dụng mọi biện pháp cần thiết mà vẫn không khắc phục được. Các sự kiện được coi là bất khả kháng bao gồm không giới hạn các sự kiện như: động đất, bão lũ, hoả hoạn, thiên tai địch hoạ, chiến tranh, cấm vận, thay đổi quy định của Nhà nước …
