* 50% hôïp ñoàng neáu huyû dịch vụ 7 ngày trước ngày tiệc diễn ra.
* 100 % hôïp ñoàng neáu huyû dịch vụ 2 ngày trước ngày tiệc diễn ra.
2. Traùch nhieäm beân B :
- Phaûi ñaûm baûo soá löôïng khaùch ñuùng theo ñieàu 2.
- Khi coù söï thay ñoåi phaûi thoâng baùo ñeå coù söï ñieàu chænh veà giaù, tröôøng hôïp beân B khoâng thoâng baùo tröôùc cho beân A thì beân B phaûi thanh toaùn 100% theo gía trò Hôïp ñoàng ñaõ kyù( nếu giảm).
- Khi coù söï thay ñoåi chöông trình phaûi thoâng baùo cho beân A bieát tröôùc laø 15 ngaøy tröôùc ngày tiệc diễn ra.
- Sau khi hợp đồng được ký, neáu beân B huyû boû chöông trình tiệc cưới với beân A thì beân B phaûi chòu boài thöôøng:
+ 50% hôïp ñoàng neáu huyû dịch vụ 14 ngaøy tröôùc ngaøy tiệc.
+ 100 % hôïp ñoàng neáu huyû dịch vụ 7 ngaøy tröôùc tiệc.
- Ñaûm baûo thanh toaùn ñuùng thôøi haïn theo ñieàu 2.
- Cung caáp thoâng tin ñaày ñuû vaø chính xaùc cho beân A.
ÑIEÀU IV : ÑIEÀU KHOAÛN CHUNG
