Chào Ad. Tôi là người chơi có tài khoản liên kết với email [e-mail] . Tôi cũng là 1 người chơi bị band vào hôm 31/8/2106. Tôi có vài điều muốn trình bày. Tôi biết là tôi đã vi phạm điều khoản trò chơi. Trong 1 tháng qua. Tôi đã chơi qua nhiều trò chơi nhưng không trò nào đem lại cảm giác như clash of clan. Giờ chơi lại từ đầu thấy nản quá, vì nó cũng gắn bó với tôi hơn 3 năm rồi. Cũng bao nhiêu cảm xúc với bạn bè trong clan. Trươcs đến giờ thì tôi cũng ko biết về xmod và cũng chưa bao giờ sử dụng xmod. Nhưng mấy tháng trở lại đây. Tôi có chia sẻ email với 1 người trong clan. Vì công việc nên tôi có nhờ người đó đánh War. Mà không hề nói với tôi. Chỉ đến hôm bị band thì tôi mới biết người ra dùng xmod để đánh War. Người đó là leader của clan. Tôi biết là vi phạm thì bị khoá, nhưng tôi mong muốn được Ad thông cảm. Cho tôi 1 cơ hội để tôi có thể chơi với đam mê của mình. Mong ad xem xét. Vì trình độ tiếng anh hạn chế nên có sai sót thì mong Ad thông cảm
