Thời gian thuê máy móc, thiết bị dự kiến 02 tháng, được tính từ ngày máy móc, thiết bị bắt đầu làm việc tại công trường của bên A theo nhật trình, nếu không có thông báo dừng thuê hợp đồng mặc nhiên được gia hạn với giá thuê không đổi.
