Tất cả các môn học tại trường đều được thực hiện bằng ngôn ngữ chính thức là tiếng Anh. Tuy nhiên, một số môn học đặc biệt theo yêu cầu của quy chế đào tạo đại học Việt Nam như các môn về chính trị (các nguyên lý chủ nghĩa Marx-Lenine, Tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh, Đường lối cách mạng Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam), giáo dục quốc phòng và giáo dục thể chất sẽ được thực hiện bằng tiếng Việt và chỉ được áp dụng giảng dạy cho hình thức đào tạo trong nước do chính trường Đại học Quốc tế cấp bằng tốt nghiệp.
