Chính phủ nên ban hành luật không được phép chụp ảnh, quay phim hay theo dõi trái phép người khác bằng drone. Nói cách khác, con người không được lạm dụng drone để xâm phạm các bộ luật về quyền riêng tư đã ban hành.
