QUI ĐỊNH VẬN HÀNH LÒ SẤY :
1. Chuẩn bị :
A- Chạy lò bằng dầu DO:
• Các ống dẫn dầu kín.
• Kiểm tra mức dầu trong bồn chứa dầu.
• Kiểm tra, điều chỉnh các thông số nhiệt độ theo qui định.
• Đầu đốt 1 : to = 110oC đến 120oC
• Đầu đốt 2 : t0 = 980C đến 1100C
• Thời gian ra lò của một thùng sấy : 9 phút đến 14 phút .
• Mở van dầu chính, sau đó mở van dầu cung cấp cho đầu đốt số 1 và 2.
• Khởi động các đầu đốt bằng cách xoay nút có mũi tên bên phải về ON.
B- Chạy bằng lò cấp nhiệt :
Chuẩn bị nhiệt cấp qua lò sấy trước 15’.
2. Vận hành :
• Mở dừng khẩn cấp ( nắm chặt, kéo lên).
• Mở nguồn ( vặn mũi tên về hướng mở).
• Chạy quạt hút. Kiểm tra đồng hồ Ampe U-50.
• Sau 10 giây, chạy quạt chính 1, Đồng hồ Ampe ~ 70A.
• Sau 10 giây, chạy quạt chính 2, vào 3 thùng.
• Để cho lò đạt đến nhiệt độ ấn định trước khi chỉnh thời kế (TIMER) sang chế độ tự động (auto) và định thời gian ra lò cho 01 thùng mủ theo phiếu giao việc của xưởng.
• Trong quá trình vận hành, nhân viên vận hành lò sấy kiểm tra mủ ra lò để điều chỉnh thời gian ra lò cho phù hợp ( phải nằm trong khoãng cho phép nói trên ).
2.A7.3 - Khi có sự cố, tắt NÚT KHẨN CẤP ( EMERGENCY STOP), khóa các van dầu.
• Khi khởi động lại phải theo tuần tự nêu trên.
2.A7.4 - Kết thúc :
A- Lò sấy chạy bằng Dầu DO:
• Tắt đầu đốt 02 khi còn 03 thùng mủ cốm chưa sấy ở ngoài : (Xoay nút vặn có mũi tên về OFF ).
B- Thao tác chung:
• Khi đã đẩy 2 thùng không vào lò và sấy thêm 10 phút nữa thì tắt 2 đầu đốt.
• Để các quạt hoạt động thêm 45 phút nữa thì tắt toàn bộ.
• Vệ sinh sạch sẽ khu vực xung quanh lò sấy.
